185 checkpoints. Every one measured, photographed and verified.
QS-185™ is our written standard for building quality, from setting out to handover. A G+3 building gets 293 checks across 12 site visits, because columns and slabs are checked again on every floor.
₹2,000 per visit for buildings up to 3,000 sqft. Free re-inspection until it passes.

What one check looks like
Here is a real checkpoint from the standard: lap length in a first-floor column.
- 1
The rule
Where two bars overlap, the overlap must be at least the lap length on your structural drawing, usually 40 to 50 times the bar diameter (IS 456, Cl. 26.2.5). Here the drawing asks for 50 ×, so a 16 mm bar needs 800 mm.
- 2
The value comes from your drawing
Before the visit we load your column schedule, so the engineer’s tablet already shows 800 mm.

The engineer measures
On site the lap measures 720 mm. The engineer types the reading and takes a photo with the tape in frame.

The app decides
720 is less than 800, so the check fails and the pour has to wait. The engineer can’t override it.

Built for contractors who want to prove their work
- 1
Stage bills backed by proof
Send your client our stage report with your next bill. Every check, photo and reading is there.
- 2
Win jobs against cheaper rivals
Show past Qualiyoo reports to new clients. It shows them your sites are checked by someone independent.
- 3
Catch mistakes while they are cheap
A short lap found before the pour costs a few bars. Found after, it costs a column.
Why you can trust the report
Our engineers don’t work for you or your client. They work to the standard.
Four checks on every visit
- The engineer is inside your site’s location boundary for the whole visit.
- Time on site is above the minimum for that visit.
- Every photo is taken in our app, never uploaded from a phone gallery.
- No photo is reused from an earlier visit.

Questions
What happens if a check fails?
You get the photo, the reason and the fix on WhatsApp. Once fixed, we come back and re-check it free.
When do I get the report?
Within 24 hours of every visit. Every issue is graded minor, major or critical, with a corrective action list that names the person responsible for each fix.
Who are the engineers?
Civil engineers with [qualification] and at least [X] years of site experience.
Do I need drawings?
Yes. Checks such as bar size, lap length and cover are measured against your structural drawings. We load them before the first visit.
Which cities do you work in?
Chennai and Bangalore.
Can the engineer pass something that fails?
No. The engineer records the reading and the app applies the rule.
