Questions
How much does it cost?
Each visit is priced by building size: ₹2,000 under 3,000 sq ft, ₹2,800 for 3,000–6,000 sq ft, and ₹4,000 for 6,000–10,000 sq ft. The re-inspection is free.
How many visits will I need?
You can start with one. A stage programme is usually about 8 visits for a ground + 1 house, 12 for ground + 3 and 16 for ground + 5.
What is the Qualiyoo Standard?
Our checklist of 185 checkpoints across 14 construction stages. Each one states how it is tested, what counts as a pass and the published code behind it, such as IS 456 for concrete. At 29 of them, work stops until the check passes, because the next stage would cover the work up.
Why 185 checks, when others quote more?
185 is the number of different checks. Column and slab checks repeat on every floor, so a ground + 3 house gets about 293 across its programme. We quote the number we can show you in full.
Can you come if my house is half-built?
Yes. We inspect whatever stage the site is at, and can cover every stage after it.
Do I need to be on site?
No. We coordinate with your contractor or site supervisor, and send you the report.
