How is pricing decided?
Each service shows a starting price. Design fees depend on the built-up area and number of floors. Site inspections are priced per visit, by building size. Purchasing has no fee. We confirm a firm quote before any work begins.
Is there a discount for taking several services?
Yes. Book our services together as a bundle and get 15% off the total.
What size of building do you work on?
Homes and commercial buildings up to ground + 5 floors and under 10,000 sq ft.
Do I need to pay to enquire?
No. Enquiries are free and there is no commitment.
Do you replace my architect or contractor?
No. We work alongside them, or fill the gaps they don't cover.
Who does the work?
Qualified engineers, architects and purchase specialists. Where a drawing needs an official signature, it is signed by a properly licensed professional.
